Who’s Better: Jason Terry or Manu Ginobili?
#1
Posted 15 December 2009 - 09:31 PM
In 13 games so far this season, Ginobili is averaging his lowest numbers across the board since his sophomore NBA season in 2004, putting up 12.7 points, 3.6 dimes and 2.5 boards a game.
In that same time, Terry has averaged 16.5 points and 3.5 assists a game.
Who's quicker? I think Ginobili. Why? HE IS QUICK ENOUGH TO CATCH A BAT!!!
Who's the better player? You decide.

Jason terry is one of the best clutch player i ever seen, he could do every thing on the court.
drive, pass, shoot long range mid range...
same for ginobili.
it's really a good question. I would choose Ginobili because he also plays in the argentina team.

Nothing like Basketball - the crazy crossover, behind the back dribble, no look pass, ankle breaking moves. Watching your team come from behind in the fourth quarter.

You may be right, if were talking on a general manner, but you got to admit tt's very close, vewing the numbers and stats.

Jason Terry: 16.7 points. 1.80 rebounds. 3.4 assists
Manu Ginobili: 13.3 points. 2.80 rebounds. 3.7 assists
( by the way all my stats are from 09-10 season)

Manu is better actually, but Terry will step-up during playoff time so its very tough to say...

Of course, Ginobili is better, by far. He is like the best player in Argentina. And maybe one of the best player in NBA, if he is not so injury prone.

their stats are almost the same. and Terry is really clutch and yes it's a VERY CLOSE COMPARISON. I don't think he's one of the best in the NBA compared to Lebron, kobe, wade, Durant, Nowitzki and all these stars.
and yeah too bad he got so much times injured

You should have seen Ginobili plays, then you can see that he made more clutch play than Terry.

Both of these players have been clutch but I saw so much more clutch plays from Terry.

Spurs' started winning NBA since Ginobili joined on 2003. And the year when they didn't win it, is because Manu is not healthy. So, if he is healthy, you could see them winning more championship.
And Terry never get any championship even though he's healthy most of the time.

Manu is playing this year... do you think they'll win the championship!?
We are talking about the player not the team.
about who's more clutch? who's a better shooter? who's a better defender? etc.
